However, we are legally obliged to warn;
- Do not share your personal information with anyone you do not know (phone, address, ID number, etc.)!
- You should not give medical advice, treatment or medication advice to anyone, whether you are a healthcare professional or not!
- The rights (coupons, points, etc.) earned by a user cannot be transferred to another user.
- All posts you make in accordance with the relevant laws are binding on you.
- Elika fulfills the legal requirements regarding the shares you make.
- The user is responsible for the posts they make in accordance with the Article 20 of the T.C.K. and the paragraph (2) of the Article 4 of the Law No. 5651.
- Also, make sure you comply with the terms set forth in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
In order to protect the forum environment and each member of the Elika family, we expect you to abide by the following rules:
- If you are banned, do not open a new account without waiting for the decision of our support department.
- Do not request phone, address etc… contact information from any Elika member.
- Do not share your personal information and contact information with anyone who contacts you, except for Elika’s official channels.
- Do not seek help from users such as money or belongings, do not try to help, do not share or request bank account information.
- We strongly recommend that you do not open a topic or comment in a way that will cause polemic in the answer, attack personal rights, insult, targeting someone (causing polemic by typing another user’s username), religious and political content!
- We kindly request you not to open ant commertial titles as marketing or selling something.
- We ask you to be very careful about your photo sharing. Although shared in good faith, we are not allowed to share personal photos (blood, baby poop, baby vomit, nude photos, etc.).
- Instead of opening a topic in Community section about a user or situation you have a problem with; You can use the ‘Report’ button or send an e-mail directly to Elika. Thus, you will be reached immediately and all necessary interventions will be made.
If you do not comply with these rules, you will endanger both the Elika family environment and your own personal safety.
For these reasons, your Elika memberships may be banned temporarily or permatently.
