Legal Grounds for Data Collection

The collected data is collected electronically by ELİKA in accordance with the consent of the users and the provisions of the legislation. Personal data collected for legal reasons can be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 and for the purposes specified in these Privacy Policies.
